How do I start the trial?
Choose “Start your free trial”, enter your email, then create your organization. The trial starts as soon as the organization is created.
What happens after the trial?
You choose to pay monthly or yearly. Without payment for 2 months, the account is suspended: you can still pay and export your data. Your data remains exportable at any time.
Our headcount changes during the year. How is it calculated?
The price follows the number of active paid employees. You are notified before any change of tier.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes. A full export is available at any time, at no cost.
How do I pay?
By card, monthly or yearly, with an invoice for your accounting.
Is technical support included?
Yes, it is included in the plan: Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time, in English or French, with an answer within 1 business day.
